What Items Can Be Returned?
My Herbal Apothecary will gladly replace or offer a refund for any faulty or defective product within 7 days of the order being received so long as the item is sent back in it’s original packaging.
We unfortunately cannot offer change of mind returns due to the nature of our products.
How Do I Return My Faulty Product?
Oh no! We’re so sorry you’ve received a faulty product!
It hasn’t happened yet but if you’re the first, simply contact us no later than 7 days from receiving your faulty product and we will email you back with a return shipping label (at no cost to you) that you can print and attach to your parcel to have shipped back to us.
Do You Offer Change of Mind Returns?
No, unfortunately due to the nature of our product, we do not offer change of mind returns.
How Long Will It Take To Receive My Refund?
We will click the button to have your money refunded to you within 1 business day of receiving the returned faulty product.
