Here are some of my favourite recommended books about herbalism, I will add to this list as over time.

PODCASTS

The Family Herbalism Podcast

This is actually my favourite herbalism podcast at the moment!

Herbalist Naomi Kilbreth has been practicing for 15 years and brings a wealth of knowledge to the family home herbalist.

Naomi is clear and concise, explaining everything in a way that even the most amateur of home herbalists can understand. I always come away from one of Naomi's podcasts feeling empowered, and with steps I can implement in our home immediately.

HerbRally Podcast

HerbRally shares TONNES of information and I feel as though every time I open my podcast app that there's a new episode.

To use some of his own words, Mason Hutchison takes a deep dive into all things herbalism with some of the best teachers in the field of plant medicine, wild foods, botany and health accessibility.
