Ingredients: Cascara bark – Nothing else.

Contraindications: Not recommended for use while pregnant or breastfeeding, or in those with inflammatory bowel disorders, abdominal pain or obstruction. Can also be addictive/habit forming as with many laxatives, avoid prolonged use.
